A Chardonnay and Semillon blend made using the traditional champagne method. A clean, crisp palate with notes of green apple and pear.

When Should I drink it? Our Pukka is aged in the bottle prior to release making perfect to drink right now and for the next 5 years.  

Food Pairings: Oysters, scallops or Japanese Tempura.

2018 Semillon........................................................................................................$30

Top Gold at 2018 Hunter Valley Boutique Wine Show

Fresh aromas of citrus, cut grass and gooseberry. This Semillon has good acidity with and a sumptuous sherbety flavours on the pallet.

When should I drink it? This Semillon is fabulous right now, but it will also age brilliantly for around 10 years (if you can resist drinking it!)

Food Pairings:  Perfect with seafood or something spicy.

2014 Luskintyre White...........................................................................................$27

An intriguing bouquet of grapefruit and orange zest with grassy undertones. Our Luskintyre White is a rare blend of Semillon and Chardonnay. It is light, refreshing and well rounded.

When should I drink it? Superb young & will age well for up to 8 years.

Food Pairings: This is a versatile food wine. Perfect for barbeques, with poultry, seafood or satays.

2018 Chardonnay...................................................................................................$30

A sumptuous wine! The nose is full of white stone fruit, apple, pear and lychee with the subtle oaky notes of toast and vanilla. On the pallet these flavours come alive with juicy acidity, balanced perfectly with perceptions of toasted nuts. .

When should I drink it? So good now, but this little Chardy should cellar well for at least 10 years.

Food Pairings: Fantastic with roast pork, a sharp cheese or just on its own!

2011 Chardonnay...................................................................................................$40

A beautifully complex wine, this Chardonnay is herbaceous and toasty on the nose with notes of peach and honey. A well rounded pallet which still holds good acidity makes for a balanced and delicious drop. .

When should I drink it? This wine has been cellared and is perfect for drinking right now.

Food Pairings: Fantastic with charcuterie, pork, poultry, game or cheese.

2017 Shiraz.............................................................................................................$30

An intriguing Shiraz, which has a rich complexity beyond its years. The nose entices with plum, strawberry, violets, cinnamon and hints of coco and earth. The plate is full and rounded with notes of cherry, pepper and spice.

When should I drink it? This is the wine that will just keep on giving – it’s delicious now, but will continue to grow and develop for 10-15 years.

Food Pairings: Mushrooms, game or lamb

2014 Shiraz.............................................................................................................$35

This Shiraz is abounding with flavours of plum and blackberry with hints of spice and black pepper.

When should I drink it? Great now, but even better in 2 to 3 years.

Food Pairings: Barbecued meat, stews, meat pies, strong cheeses or a rich moussaka.

2014 Shiraz Cabernet..............................................................................................$28

An aroma of blackcurrants and a freshly opened box of chocolate. The pallet is rich and reminiscent of cassis and plums with sumptuous vanilla bean on the finish.

When should I drink it? Great now, but even better in 2 to 3 years.

Food Pairings: Red meat, duck, roasted mushrooms or a rich risotto.

Old Luskie Dessert Wine.......................................................................................$30

A dangerously delicious dessert wine, our Old Luskie exhibits aromas of honeysuckle, pear and a hint of orange blossom. It is sumptuously sweet with a clean, zesty finish, which will keep you coming back for more.

When should I drink it? Anytime! – Over years its pale colour will deepen & the honey flavours will develop even further.

Food Pairings: Perfect with cheeses or your favourite dessert. Poured over ice-cream, or just by itself it’s the perfect finish to any meal.
