Our 2022 Shiraz Cabernet is a blend that combines our Estate Grown Hunter Valley Shiraz with a carefully selected parcel of Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Cabernet brings notes of cassis, black cherry and spice, which balance beautifully with the bright red berry fruit, black pepper and earthy undertones of our Hunter Shiraz. This wine is rich yet nuanced and the perfect accompaniment to good food and good company.
