2022 Semillon (6 Pack)

This beautiful fresh little Sem displays citrus aromas with mineral notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing showing zesty grapefruit and gooseberry with a sherberty finish. This wine is elegantly structured with a solid acid backbone and will develop complexity with age.

When should I drink it? If you love its freshness drink it now, but it will age and develop exquisitely for the next 15 years. 

Food Pairings:  Perfect with seafood, Japanese tempura or a Thai curry.
