Our 2019 Estate Grown Shiraz is an exquisite example of what quality Hunter fruit and careful winemaking can achieve.
This wine is both rich and complex, displaying intense aromas of cherry and plum alongside black pepper, toasted toffee and a reassuring undertone of Hunter earthiness.
The palate is bold and full of juicy red berry fruits with spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg and a lingering caramel finish balanced with firm, dry tannins.
Minimal Sulfites used. Vegan Friendly

Remarkable Shiraz. Showing a maturity beyond its young vintage. It is smooth as velvet, elegant with characteristics of blackberry and dark cherries. Highly recommend.
