Made with premium quality, Estate Grown, handpicked fruit, this Chardonnay has been lovelying crafted. Whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented in Premium French Oak, every care has been taken to ensure that this wine is perfectly balenced and bursting with flavour.
A sumptuous wine! The nose is full of white stone fruit, apple, pear and lychee with the subtle oaky notes of toast and vanilla. On the pallet these flavours come alive with juicy acidity, balanced perfectly with perceptions of toasted nuts.
When should I drink it? So good now, but this little Chardy should cellar well for at least 10 years.
